good ol google
My friend Julia Nolan had this in her blog as something fun to do, it's kind of irresistable. It's better than a horoscope. Try typing your name and the word 'is' into google as a phrase and see what you get. I tried "Kyra is" and I got:
- Kyra is a simple, fully featured, industrial strength Sprite engine written in C++.
- Kyra is well aware that she is working within a tradition of dressage riding that builds on time honoured principles.
- (one of my favorites): Kyra is one of the prisoners that Terron guards are forcing to fight tigers.
- Kyra is a take charge woman who will let no man get in the way of her doing her job and Alex understands that. (oh yeah, you tell it! ... wait, who's Alex?)
- Kyra is the Founder & Director of 18th & Yoga.
- Kyra is cool I like how she is laid back. Yet she can be funny and she's a mean rocker!
- Kyra is typical of a lot of the teenagers I have taught over the years.
- Kyra is an exemplary daughter, a refreshing change from many of the young adult novels today. (woah, what?!)
- Kyra is shaking her brother's limp body. (Sorry Tommy!!) ^^
- Kyra is looking for an active owner with a large fenced yard and lots of play time!

I could think up quite a few "Kyra is..." statements, but they're not appropriate for children.
That may have come out wrong - I mean it in an evil way and not um..the other way.
Ironic.
When i searched "laura is" i got a bunch of hits about Dr. Laura Shlessinger, that psychiatrist lady who is all over the media.
Then, I searched "phil is" and got a bunch of hits about Dr Phil, that phychiatrist guy who is all over the media.
Oh well.
I did find this though:

Isn't it evil in just so many ways? ; ) Sadly a movie called "Being Julia" came out just as I did it...totally skewed my results. Oh well. Anyway, looking forward to seeing you in about two months. Although I need to make some attempt to at least learn basic directions, numbers, and courtesies in Japanese. So much to do, so little time! Tell me, BTW, once you know if you'll want to come to Kyoto. I've heard tickets are cheaper over here, so maybe I can get both of ours.
